my site was migrated by hostgator and now i am banned for life.

My Vbulletin site got migrated and i am using vBSecurity installed and setup by DragonByte.
Hostgator adviced me my site was migrated and for me to change nameserver and run it.
After 24hours my site was up and running, but when i typed my url
    HTML Code:
Only registered members can view HTML code.
i show up as a guest and the message shows this:

You have been banned for the following reason:
    No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

now i can't even log into the site nor can i log into admincp, in vBSecurity i white listed my ip, and i even loaded my site in a incognito window and still shows banned as a guest.

Can anyone advice me what i can do to fix this issue please.

    try this : https://ugteam.org/admincp/index.php
then :in usergoups - Unregistered / Not Logged In (id: 1)
and look for this rule : This user group is not a 'Banned' Group.

(If you set this to no, the group will be treated as a banned group, this will stop sending email notifications, display an Error Message with 'Banned' and many other things.)

i hope this solfd your problem maybe

Disable your plugins/addons to see if the fault disappears. Sometimes certain plugins can cause things to stop working depending on the hook it uses.
Open your includes/config.php file and below <?php add this line:

    PHP Code:
Only registered members can view PHP Code
    So it looks like this:
    PHP Code:
Only registered members can view PHP Code
Once you have done this, try to reload the page and see if everything works as it should. If it does, then a plugin is causing the issue. If it doesn't, then we will need to look into it further. Let us know what happens so we can help you more.
